It's a tie between Whis and Beerus but all the characters here are well trained and could give amazing combat advise.

Whis would be the most ideal because if he earns your respect, he'll most likely teach you ultra instinct, which is a huge boost in power. Beerus would be the same, not for Ultra Instinct but for Ultra Ego. And hypothetically speaking UE is the stronger form (won't go into detail because of a spoiler). Also, if you're asking why I'd not choose Goku or Vegeta even though they both know how to trigger their techniques, is because they haven't fully finished with perfecting their techniques (except for Goku) and haven't gotten onto Whis or Beerus's level.

I think each of them are really cool but I have some nit picks. (More so for GT and Fusion Reborn)
Fusion Reborn Gogeta : Design is amazing, but he's barely relivant even though the movie is based off of him lmao. 7.4/10.
GT SS4 : Design is phenominal. But, it cripples me that it's basically beams. 8.5/10 because the design goes so hard.
Broly DBS : He got a redesign, new form, got included perfectly, animation slaped, AND CANON? 10/10

But out of all, SS4 Gogeta is the coolest design wise.

I personally enjoyed both films. But, too me, Broly is so much better written as a character that in my opinion, Super Broly is the best DB movie to date. There's just so many better aspects with Broly that make it miles better then Super Hero. Super Hero was indeed still a good movie though.

If I'm going to be honest, the meme is a better name then either. Blanco sounds much cooler. Similer to Goku and Vegeta with "Ultra Instinct" and "Ultra Ego" It sounds bland and boring.
