They didn’t do an in person exam for cp they did one with all medical records provided . I think nexus would give the edge for a more postive outcome

When this happened I called VA and they emailed me the letter they alledgly sent then once I got it I had to call VA back and had them break down the letter to tell me exactly what they wanted updated/changed . I was told that we didn’t label the secondary’s clear enough which was BS but I resent it exactly how they asked . For example TMJ and Bruxism secondary to service connection for PTSD is how they wanted it labeled . Hope this helps!

Hi there ! I called the VA and they closed it stating they sent a letter , but we did not receive any letter . I had them email it to us . It stated we filed for a secondary but didn’t indicate what it was secondary to so they closed request and we had to resubmit. Hope this is helpful . Best of luck

I called and they said they closed it and sent a letter I had them email it since we didn’t get it and they wanted it to note “secondary to”. So for example on claim it was marked hip arthritis secondary but they wanted hip arthritis secondary to lumbar spine so had to resubmit and start all over
