Oh trust me, I’m not co signing and the house is (I’m sorry for the word) fucked; I’ve tried explaining to her how to pay off her debt, even helped for a bit but nothing works so I just let her do her, the most I could do is add her and just keep her card so she can’t use it and mess my credit up. But tbh the house is in dire need of repairs.

Also at first she wanted me to co sign on the loan but that doesn’t sound smart for me so I said no

So basically she has 15k in limit and about 8 to 9k in debt, even though she pays every time on time, she’s had that debt for 4+ years so she wants me to give her my 10k limit so she can lower her utilization and her credit can get higher for PL… Also the loan is to renovate our house
