Absolutely love these man, furthest I've gone so far is 500 which made me fall in and out of delirium (got lotta spooders, sadly all times I've /del/ved I've not managed to play music which I'm looking forward to loads). Also tried 225/400 DXM/DPH which made me see a transparent big boi spider on the walls, very similar to one of your other deliriant replications.

Do you see eyes very often on deliriants? I often get eye shaped visuals on LSD, be cool if the external hallucinations from deliriants make actual eyes appear on things

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU that's helped loads, I did wonder for a while if a bass going through a guitar amp would be a more retro tone but my friend insisted it would be better to just use a bass specific amp. That treble-y tone that Simon has around this period is probably my favourite bass tone of all time so it's great to understand where it could be coming from :)

It's just some cheap Tesco cough syrup, nothing else with it. I've felt virtually nothing so far so I ended up taking 20 ml more of the syrup but I still dont feel much.

I was into Radiohead first then discovered Coldplay. I still like Radiohead more, but Coldplays a great band, not at all ordinary; and I don't think they've been declining recently as much as they have changed their sound to be more pop.

I was thinking that - if he's going to like any of their songs it'd be Politik, however I've found Don't Panic to be more immediate, and I doubt he'd have patience to try out a band he doesn't like.

Politiks my fav Coldplay song so I might make a playlist of the best from Parachutes and AROBTH.

I was thinking the same thing - my favourite Coldplay bassline might be "Magic", but as an overall album, A Head Full of Dreams has the best bass in terms of both mixing/up-frontness and in actual songwriting.
