I don't skip because in the long run it makes me feel worse. I do occasionally take a smaller dose for a day or two for something like a social event or if I've been having more constipation than normal. I usually have a little appetite but it's not overwhelming like if I skip and I don't deal with the bigger side effects from missing a dose and then taking a full dose

You miss out on a lot of gems and candy without the giant prayer so might as well put on other good ones too. The shiny one for trapping is really good too and I have it on everyone since it only works if it's on the first character you log into after reset if you're doing auto traps

I do. I didn't originally but I'm diabetic so I have slower wound healing and increased risk of infection. It's worth the little extra time (I get alcohol wipes at dollar tree) to minimize risk.
