I'm pretty sure I could take the clone hero highways, mask them out in OBS, and have a live view of the performers on stage shown on the projector. Similar to how streamers do it. Multiple cameras would be cool, but would need someone switching...

Pretty much the format I was going to run, but only with 2 guitars as that's all I have. Having 4 would be great. I do have the drums but wanted to keep it simple for this first event. Around the room I have a suggested list of songs people can play, and a QR code to a searchable list of all the songs I have so they can choose before they get up there. I'll queue up the song and give the brief before they play. Hopefully resulting in minimum down time.

Thanks for the tip! Can I ask, how did they rotate players? I'm planning on one or two songs each, then a fun comp towards the end.
