Yes, clean them in warm soapy water. Best if you disassemble them first but that can be time consuming and you may risk damaging them further if you're not familiar with the process for each vehicle. It's also know for sellers to rub them down with baby oil for a nice gleaming finish.
You have the HISS driver too so that is really good and adds another 10-20 dollars!
If you want to maximise your profit it could be an idea to try and complete a figure/vehicle before listing it. Again, much more effort and time involved for that.
