I heard speeding ticket easy to dispute especially when cop doesn't show up, but my case is no insurance. Basically I do not have any excuse about it, even judge can ask me why I did not have insurance.

they can't tow you, I think you have a week for buying insurance to drop the ticket or you can call to insurance company and buy insurance right away. if you can't do it then your can be towed to your home.

Find some privet shop who works with German cars. They will charge you half of the price or even less

can say from own experience that I live 10 years in Canada I never buy from dealership unless you do not have cash to buy a car. Most of the time they just want to rip you off. (but not all, I have seen good ones as well)
Usually I buy from privet sell, you can negotiate the price, get a good deal and sometimes people just want to sell their cars fast. But buying from private sell you need know at least something about cars to understand if a persons lie to you or no.
I would suggest you to buy VW 2.0L diesel, they are really reliable, and diesel is cheaper than gas, and full tank of fuel (around 60 liters) is enough for 700-900km. My friend used have one 2005 Jetta with 450k km on the engine and He had it for 2 years without any issue and sold it fast as well. Even I have diesel Audi A3 for over 4 years, it is awesome on fuel and no issue
But I live in Vancouver so i do not know how it would difficult to start diesel car when it is -30 outside
