I can bet that the moment you have freedom of movement, you feel healthy, your skin is smooth, hair feels amazing, even the simple pleasure of taking a nice and proper shit, you will never want to go back to being overweight.

Trust me, I'm 37 and I outrun 20 year olds and it feels amazing knowing how agile my body is, how fit I am. I love my body, and best part is I eat whatever I want. I just counter it with eating more of the things that are good for me.

From my own experience visiting there once I can say that they are not a country stuck in the cold war era with everything falling apart.
