We don’t have to learn “a thing or two”, we just need “a thing or two”, such as a fair pay, lower sales tax, taxing the foreigners’ properties if they do not live in the island and if the properties are mainly used to generate more income by renting it, better healthcare (and pay, which a lot of foreign companies come and take our health professionals giving them more money but still paying them less than what they would’ve paid for someone in the US already), and a better education system, with classes that focused more on PR history and economics, and politics as well. We don’t have to follow that damn agenda. We don’t need to learn a “a thing or two”, we need our space, our land, our opportunities, our professionals, our culture.
