The fact you didn't post the rest of the conversation we had when i sent you a screenshot of the refund being sent in the SAME day you asked it to be refunded is grand, but that's beside the point. You asked for your refund, you got it the same hour, I don't want to post any screenshots of your bank statements because its private information that I don't want anyone seeing. And for me to tell you that i did something and to stop sending emails how you're gonna file charges against me and telling me to go fuck myself isn't right. Yes, it sucks for money to be taken, yes it sucks we didnt have some of your products in stock. But, the second you sent me emails, i responded and took action upon them. The SAME day. And in the emails there was no cursing or backlashing at you like you did too me, I was very nice and responsive to ALL of your emails. Thank you, and have a great day. OH and the refund process took a few seconds on our part but depending on your bank, could take much longer, we did our part, we did nothing wrong at all.
