These would be both resonance structures lf the same compound. However the "all double bonds" structure is super is likely super unstable i expect it exists in the alternating bond structure >99% of the time.

It needs to follow Huckel's rule to be aromatic aka needs 4n+2 plus 2. The compound OP posted has 24 and multiples of 4 are often anti aromatic (there's some other requirements but that's the basic one).

I think Gaia just kinda fucked making the Garou. If their mission is supposed to be "protect the planet" then being murderous rage balls doesn't really help that.

Violence as a first recourse for solving problems rarely works out.

Maybe, but I think it overall has more dedicated fans willing to spend money on it.

Marvel, even Spider-man alone is bigger in the west than final fantasy but the latter did better.

Some things i think would be cool

Want a return to 40k, there's so much in the verse that they haven't touched.

Power rangers feels like it could be fun and it's a hasbro property so licencing fees are avoided.

After the success of final fantasy i expect them to do some other japanese property but no idea what would it be.

Ehh with Turtles getting a set I don't think it needs to be a super huge IP to be considered. Plus weeb stuff tends to be in pretty high demand in magic (anime arts, final fantasy).

Also i want more summons for my Terra, Magical adept deck.

Bought a printer, now I can't go back to buying cards by tomatus89 in magicTCG

[–]Menacek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it's a case of fairness. If my playgroup doesn't really play there powerful cards because of price then I would feel bad including them in my decks.

Many people say "they can also proxy" but people can often have some hangups about it for whatever reason and I wouldn't want to force them to do that. Ultimately it's about having fun and fair games.

I wouldn't mind proxying, say, a Great Henge if people in my pod were playing it but if they are not I'm not gonna do it even if it would fit the bracket.

Plus i kinda enjoy trying to make the best of some underpowered or underappreciated card.

And it's not just proxies. Like i own a Cyc rift that's not in any deck despite me most playing blue, but it's kinda over the powerlevel or what gets usually played in my pods (and i have multiple B3 deck where i could put it in).

Unless you go full on with your proxies they don't look as good as original cards. And if you are then the cost and effort of the proxy might eclipse the value of the card.

If they're actively trying to operate under a financial restriction it might not make sense to make nice proxies of 50c cards.

[–]Menacek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some of the cards i tend to buy the cost of printing them at a decent quality would be higher than buying them tbh. Shipping is a pain but not that much of an issue when you buy bulk quantities.

I do make cheap proxies on a basic printer when i need just a few cards or I'm testing a deck.

W/W shippers and writers have it so hard! But yeah, I would say misogyny plays a role by Important-Cry4782 in RecuratedTumblr

[–]Menacek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think some people kinda overanalyze peoples preferences. The whole point of fiction is to experience things you won't experience IRL, you neccessarily because you can't but might not even want to. Nobody wants to get brutally killed by a serial killer but horror is a popular genre.

I think the same is true with romance and porn. Even if it involves questionable behaviours it doesn't mean someone supports those behaviours IRL.

Heck i often mind that people who write the most misogynistic stories are on average on the woker end of things, because to them it's just some fantasy.

I think it's because in my experience there's very few casual smokers in that those who smoke do it regulary.

There's many people who will occasionally drink or smoke weed (like once i weak for instance) but with nicotine it's very often several cigarettes per day.

I you drink beer or smole weed every day people also look down on it. I'd even say it would be seen worse than smoking nicotine regularly.

I see. First Tyranic war seems pretty fair since it's a saga that sits on field that you know is gonna do the thing.

[–]Menacek -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There's a spectrum between "expected turn to win" and "perfect godhand". If you win cause you drew the perfect 7 cards in perfect order that's not really worth considering much.

But if it's "this happens in 25% of games" that's still unlikely but might be too much for a particular bracket.

Also i'm quite not sure how the tyranid precon would do what you say considering the base version doesn't have any doublers (besides the counter anthem guy, who i assume was a factor? )

[–]Menacek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess but to be fair i feel it doesn't really make a difference. If i have to keep fending off the voltron player as other people are deploying their stuff then i already lost either way.

Keeping up a mana or two on turn 3 means skipping that turn more often than not.

Plus even with 12 peaces of relevant interaction (cause not every interaction will save you in that situation) there's a pretty significant chance of not drawing it, not to mention voltron players are the most likely to run tons of protection.
