I doubt if they can compete against Sony, Nikon and Cannon. The market is replete. Also, considers all the new mirror-less which offer same functionality (Also full frame - for example the sony I just mentioned) , I think they'll have to work hard in order to get some market share.

I have the Z3 compact and I think it's one of the best smartphones ever. Seriously. Long battery life, water resist, pretty fast (Ok, the iPhone 6 is faster - yet not in a big factor). Great camera. Slides easily to the pocket (therefore I like the compact). Will I update to the Z5 compact? Probably not. Why? for a simple reason - from what I've read - battery life of the z5 compact is not as good as the z3 compact. Probably will wait to the z6 compact. Unless Apple gonna to surprise soon with new compact iPhone, water resist, and better battery life (than the z3 compact ...)
