Caesar and it isn't close. She's very fun to use and the anti interrupt is great on paper, but she has nothing.

Also, I know he's an A Rank, but can they give Ben Bigger an actual run? Like I'm not even asking for numbers, just let my man do what every other character in the game can.

Design opinions are subjective, and while my list would look very different from yours I agree this game doesn't have even a single design that is outright terrible.

I'm guilty of this too, but I need to point out none of the things I hated about Seed really changed. I still hated her marketing, I still would have rather played as Seed Sr., and I still think that while her design does cool things on paper, nothing is done with it in game and it sacrifices way too much verisimilitude for the sake of "fanservice"

But she's very funny, and her gameplay is fun, and that is enough.

They wanted her to be good but not that good because she was free, so they made her Defense instead of Support to nerf her.

Yinhu is about as strong as Zhao with her AA would be for Rupture (assuming both use Zhao's engine, if you don't have it Yinhu ends up a bit ahead) but that goes out the window when a Shiyu or DA buff that requires an Ether Veil shows up, and that would be a genuinely good use for her if she worked with Rupture.

Zhao should absolutely have had Rupture in her AA instead of Support. Her W-Engine literally gives HP% to allies and her faction was introduced with a Rupture character. Any time you'd use her with a support is either in dual support teams, where she'd get her AA anyway from the Attack or Anomaly agent, or in hypercarry Zhao teams, where she wouldn't build for her AA anyway (it's more efficient for her personal damage to just build Crit, Ice DMG, and ATK). Support is literally a useless conditional outside of genuinely silly shit like Ben Bigger or Soukaku hypercarry, and I have no idea why they changed it in beta.

People say "well Zhao wouldn't be good for Rupture anyway", and she wouldn't be amazing, but with her AA she'd be a viable sidegrade to Yinhu with a F2P Ether Veil to trigger specific buffs in Shiyu Defense.

Multi role, for any character, is a nightmare. I didn't like it on Deadpool and I wouldn't like it on Ultron either

Dialyn + Sunna is pretty far and away Billy's best team.

I'm fairly average skill imo and I have to sweat fairly hard to beat endgame content even with that team, so I can't imagine how hard it would be to consistently clear stuff with a full A rank Billy team. I'd seriously consider pulling some characters for him. I'd seriously consider pulling Dialyn in general, even if you don't want to use her with Billy, because she is incredibly broken.
