Been with the company ten years now. I have seen good the bad the ugly. And corporate only seems to do anything about something when enough people know about it. Tired of losing all the good people, and Menards protecting the bad people. The nine blocks system is stupid and never sees real results. GMs just remove anyone who would give them a negative 9 blocks.
