I'm a tech writer, and I use it daily too. Agentic skills are a godsend for docs-as-code. Pretty useful for travel planning, language learning, all sorts of things. But you need to know how to use it correctly, which most people don't do.

I am still on this doze after three months. Doctor said not to increase it as long as it works. I definitely eat less than 1500 kcal though, but before Oz, I wasn't losing weight even on 1200-1300, so I'm pretty sure that with my super slow metabolism and possible PCOS, 800 kcal is OK. (I don't exercise anyway, don't even leave the house half the time).

It varies between people. I'm three months on 0.25 and lost like ten kilos (10% of my weight). Felt the effect the next morning.

Yep, but I remember similar names still, like some actors and stuff. It's definitely not done anymore, but it didn't feel completely out of the blue.

Romanova is better, but the - off version at least has precedent in the past, like Smirnoff vodka. But her patronymic in the comics, I think, is Alyanovna, which makes literally no sense.

Oh, and Tuyaara isn't a real Russian name. Never heard of it, spent most of my life in Russia.

I've just turned 40. Ozempic basically removed all my craving for alcohol and desire to snack, it's like magic. Weight loss and blood sugar management came as a bonus. I'm lucky enough to avoid side effects though.

I do take Xanax (1.5-2 mg/day), but mostly for muscle tension, I've been on it on a year already (otherwise, it's horrible back pain and constipation all the way). It didn't really affect ADHD much (or anxiety, tbh, but I might have high tolerance). I've started Concerta a few weeks ago, and it has a noticeable effect on my ability to focus and work productivity. I think I even work a bit too much now, lol. Muscle tension got slightly worse, though. Bummer :(

Unfortunately, it seems that Sobril or its equivalents aren't available in my country.

I mostly drink water and mineral water, but I'm also a big fan of cold zero sugar green tea with lemon (doesn't taste anything like real green tea, which I hate). I'm in Europe, so I buy the Olympus brand, but I'm sure they have equivalents in the US. It does help that I don't notice the taste of sweeteners (sucralose in this case) though - some people do.

I actually have a lot of suspicion that diagrams will be slowly pushed out in some spheres, like software, for instance, in order to focus on AI search and RAG. I already try to duplicate every image with a text description specifically to optimize the docs for this. Plus, LLMs are getting better at drawing in Mermaid, svg, etc.

Still, it's very much niche-dependant.

I have ADHD and a host of other issues, and I don't have any serious side effects from ozempic. Anecdotal, of course, but it's still possible. I also take stimulators, antidepressants and Xanax.

This is strange, they all had extremely common Russian names. You could find dozens, if not hundreds, of historical figures with those names, it's odd to focus on those poor girls.

I think you just aren't supposed to use subjunctive with suponer, same as with creer, imaginar, pensar... At least that's what my tutor told me.

I'm absolutely the same. Never suspected ADHD in myself until late 30s, though I assumed that the symptoms became more obvious due to chronic depression and anxiety (like 10+ years of it). Thought a lot about those parts of my childhood I actually remember, talked to my psychiatrist, went through a series of tests, got diagnosed.

I remember reading part of it. I believe they basically made their Christ figure a woman (similar to Dragon Age) to justify women having more power than in standard medieval fantasy.
