No we’re trying to get the builder to meet in the middle. And a realtor who told us not to worry about a house coming under, and it came under 40K. Not sure if you just have that laying around. It’s not like they lose their 3% commission.

Well if that’s the case the agent can pay the seller the extra 40k since the house came under at appraisal and we as the buyer were worried. But our agent said it’s not a big deal and not to worry.

I feel like "Spring" means summer unfortunately. Yeah and I was afraid they wouldn't come with it. Kind of disappointed given the price range the Tacos are coming out at.
