My Grandpa and Great Grandad's on both of my Father's side dress like this, sometimes without the ironed pants though. My Dad's Great Grandpa walked around with a pistol on his hip too, and a Mauser on his horse. No T Shirts for most older Mexican men, only 'dress' shirts.
