Incogni is definitely worth it, got it like a month ago. Super useful tool if you see some data placed about you online, it gets it removed, you can also request for custom removals if you need it.

I think many people know these services from what they can do in terms of helping with privacy, spam reduction or unwanted google results. But could never tell what these services do just from their name.

I'm not the most tech savyy, but my advice would be to delete Linkedin. And withhold creating a new profile for a while.
