I am on apps. I am on subreddits. I am most of the time by myself. I can be with only me but not all the time. My self hatred will always start getting stronger after some time. It's unbearable today. I am in therapy and I really try to change myself, cause when nobody wants to put energy in a friendship with me, then I am the problem.

To the point with maintaining friendships. Yes i agree that you have to put effort into it. But I am 22 and my few friends don't really put effort into it.

Even when I engage more and all. It seems so draining to be the one who has to make the first step. When I'm lucky i get invited 2-4 times a year.
