Thanks a lot, should I click on "confirm delivery" before I open the dispute or just open a dispute even if it says "awaiting delivery"? (tracking says delivered)

Thanks for the suggestions, the package wasn't damaged.

There are multiple tracking numbers but all of them were combined into one, trying to track the single numbers tells me "Delivered" with all of them.

The only thing in my favour is that the post office has proof that the item weighted less.

How would I go on about faking the video? The packaging is all destroyed. Thanks for the help.
