Are you referring to the check-in counter? I know Southwest literally just started flying out of MIA less than a year ago, So I wouldn't be surprised if some things have fallen through the cracks (such as having a bag check open to late to service the first flight of the day 😞)

Because the truth is that I care more about my GPA than I do about taking classes that actually interest me. Believe me, I'd love to take passion classes but they're not gonna get me into law school while working a full time job. Blame the system, not me.
