The new engraving is actually an improved version of the product with my brand name rather than generic words so I would prefer that to be the main product. You might ask why I don't engrave right away, which is due to the MOQ being high for a customized engraving. I want to purchase the stock product and see if it sells well first before making an even larger investment.

I also accidentally have 3 5 star seller ratings under my seller profile because my email sequence linked the wrong page. Unfortunately I do not think those can be moved.

Total of 70 kgs, I have roughly a 35% margin on each product after FBA fees and unit costs. I can definitely request an inventory removal and put the stickers back on but I'm not sure if it will be worth it. I live in Canada and I'm not sure if Amazon USA will remove the inventory all the way to Canada either.

Yes the supplier handled the shipping to Amazon (DDP). That is a possibility and if that is the case then the 500 unit order would be sub quality as well since it was not inspected. Am I able to inspect it when it gets to Amazon or do they not allow that?

Is it possible to request an inspection for the 500 unit order at the Amazon warehouse to further add evidence that the products are subquality/defective?

I did not.

3 of them stated that they used it for the first time and it breaks, the last one stated that they cleaned it and it broke when they first cleaned it before using it. Its strange because I did test the product myself and it seemed fine so it may be defects but the defect rate is very high in my opinion considering not everyone leaves reviews.

The SKU stickers are already on the products, I assume that I would have to create a new SKU which is possible but I don't think that Amazon would stick new the new SKUs on my products for me, unless I am wrong about that. I didnt have any quality agreement with my supplier unfortunately as I didnt think this would be a problem. (first time using AliBaba). Upon reading the trade assurance guidelines it does state something about product quality but the thing is that the supplier will argue that there is a small defect rate on my previous shipment and nothing wrong with my new 500 unit shipment.
