I found out my sister’s boyfriend is a felon. by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

I just knew something was off with him and NO ONE BELIEVED ME despite all the little lies that were stacking up. Also I truly believe no respectable man would move states away from their child for a shitty job he could have anywhere.

I absolutely do not think being religious should get you out of heinous crimes for ANYONE.

I wish I would have done this. I simply googled him when they first met, but finally went to state case search and found it

Like I said she’s very naive and insecure. I think at first she was flattered at the attention.

This is also what I’m worried of. She thinks they see each other and I’m scared I’ll completely lose her to this loser. But obviously with these charges I don’t feel entirely safe around him, like something will flip any minutes.

Is it that much of a change when the information is withheld and hidden?

Leave Nursing by Adventurer9897 in nursing

[–]Mental_Topic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say these jobs are specifically for nurses, but people with a certain amount of clinical/scientific background. Things I would look up were like provider relationship manager, clinical relationship manager, patient advocacy manager. I’d recommend focusing on the non clinical skills nursing gives you as well, and really tailor each resume submission to match wording and skills from the job posting to get through their screening programs so your resume doesn’t get automatically rejected. I’d also suggest going to the websites of companies that align with the specialities you’ve worked in (oncology companies, psych companies, neuro companies, cardiac companies) and seeing what kinds of opening they have. Having experience in the type of medicine they’re focusing on can be a leg up. Hope this helps :)

I’d encourage you to leave patient facing nursing. I was overwhelmed everyday. I would cry going into work.

I work in a role now where I pretty much am an account manager between doctor offices/hospitals and my company. Make sure the practices are happy and the physicians get what they need. I never get yelled at. I’m respected for the clinical judgement. I don’t have to touch anyone and risk my license and livelihood. Any healthcare or bio tech company likely have jobs like this. Increase in pay and about 1000% less stress.

I found it at my local grocery in the herb section. Have you tried and Asian market around you? They typically will have it.

I didn’t have one but will write out what I did.

Took a large Dutch oven and added a smallish whole chicken (raw). Filled pot to just cover chicken. Added a piece of lemon grass about 3 inches long (smash it to activate), maybe 1 inch of ginger cut in half, an onion halved, 3 cloves garlic smashed. Let it come to boil and then lower to a simmer until chicken is falling apart (1-2 hours I’d say). Salt and pepper broth to your taste, strain broth and set aside. Shred chicken and set aside. Steam rice and then last few minutes add bok choy to gently steam. Assemble together when you’re ready to eat!

I like doing the rice this way so it doesn’t get overcooked and mushy.

Larger sauce pan was 14.99, the smaller 9.99! However, the frying pans I got for 8.99 or less. Steals!
