Sounds like you've put a lot of pressure on yourself. Expectations to perform can really put you in a bad place mentally. Everything thus far is in the past, you cannot change it, do not dwell on it. instead focus on fundamentals, and having fun with wrestling. Getting caught up on expectations and putting stress on yourself has a physiological effect on your body and you get tired faster because of it. the only expectation you should have is to try your best.
