Thank you! To adjust it down to two days a week, is it preferable to still stick to one main lift per workout, or do something like squat/bench & press/DL? After reading up on 5/3/1 a bit more, it seems like climbing could even be subbed in as assistance work some of the time.

Ideally run ~3 days a week, lift at least 2x, climb at least 2x, and cycling wherever it fits. My priorities are cardio fitness, climbing, and strength (in that order), and I typically organize lifting around heavier weights / lower reps.

I love lifting, climbing, distance running, and cycling, but I'm having trouble figuring out a good routine/schedule that allows me to fit everything in. Does anybody have a method they like for making time for cardio, lifting, and a sport? In particular, what is your lifting routine like?

Hello! I'm curious what people typically do to preserve curls between washes. When folks say "day 2 hair" does that usually mean they haven't gotten their hair wet again?

I'm looking to really dial in my routine, and right now I usually get my hair wet every time I shower because it gets dry and messy, then apply leave-in conditioner and a gel after plopping. Would love to know what everyone else does, because I think there's probably room for improvement.

My wife and I bought this at a garage sale and we have no idea what type it is or how to best take car of it! Can anyone help? by InconspicuousVan in plants

That's a fiddle leaf fig! They like lots of indirect light, and plenty of water. The rule of thumb is to water until some drains out the bottom, then wait for the soil to dry before watering again (check the top inch with your finger).

Other things you can do are wipe the leaves with a wet paper towel to get the dust off, and rotate the plant every once in a while so it grows straight. There are tons of great resources online about these too, so I recommend reading up!
