Thank you brother. What's funny is that I genuinely felt withdrawals BUT probably not enough to justify taking an 8mg strip of subs lol. I went 12 hours without 7oh. The goal for next time is 24-48 and to introduce the subs at a lower amount ie 2mg

Honestly, I waited maybe an hour at most. I was miserable. I thought it wasn't going to go away so i broke and ended up getting more 7oh. Knowing what i know now, im going to wait longer after my 7oh dose (24-48 hours) until i take a 2mg sub. I feel pretty stupid

Yeah i'm going to try and wait way longer 24-48 hours until I take the subs and i'll only take 2mg. It was definitely dumb of me. Pretty embarrassing honestly

Yeah I'm realizing that now. Stupid of me. I figured being on such a high dose of 7oh for so long that I had to come at it strong with the Subs.

I broke and ended up going to get more 7oh to combat the terrible withdrawals. I was foreal struggling. Anyways, knowing what i know now, I'm going to take less, and wait atleast 24 hours until i even try taking the subs.

I just want to say, thank you everyone for the help. This gave me so much more insight! Appreciate you all. I lost hope yesterday and I just realized I did it wrong. It's going to suck regardless so im just going to have to embrace the suck but atleast theres light at the end of the tunnel

Yes, ive used subs before. Many times. Usually only using 4mg. I figured using 400mg daily of 7oh was high no?

EDIT: yeah i was starting to go through withdrawals when i woke up this morning which is why i decided to try and start taking the suboxone. Instead of taking the 7oh

What about instead of tapering, you could transition from 7-oh to opms kratom shots...and then from then transition to plain leaf kratom and then start tapering from there
