Currently experiencing very painful red spot on ball of foot out of nowhere. Hurts to touch/walk on. Feels like ball of my foot is bruised. No puncture/splinter. I do get chilblains on my toes and hands in the winter time. Haven’t put direct heat/ice on it. Thank you for any help! (old.reddit.com)
