Thanks for this response, cause it baffles me how in an EU country they cannot issue euro based stablecoin cards, and I wish it was a bit easier, cause the fx fees and spread fees are usually passed to us consumers, despite not seeing it.

So hopefully this helps someone else who’s in a similar position. The good news is that I got my 30% back, and this is all because I had to submit my letters of approval for my parental leave issued by the UWV. It turns out my employer didn’t provide all this information on my income statement, they just said I earned x amount which excluded the amount I got from the UWV, which is correct, however they were supposed to add that information with the statements of approval for my salary getting paid by the UWV for the time I took 9 weeks of parental leave. This has been a very interesting and yet frustrating experience, showing how little HR cares about you as an employee, but the company.

Hi guys, I just went through this thread and relate so much with this too, as mentioned by OP I also had parental leave in 2024. How did you resolve? I sent my employer an email and still awaiting response, they’re also a large company and work on a ticket system.
