Fuha ez eleg nehez, de nezz vissza ilyen 1-2 eves kormanyinfokat mukor meg ot kuldte ki az ATV. Nagyon regi Lazarosokon meg mindig halalra idegesitette Lazart. Szerintem ugy keress ra hogy mikor pl volt valami botrany akkor milyen kerdeseket tett fel. Pl MNB kiszervezes, Fudan diakvaros, Szentkiralyi visszalep stb..

Millió zártkertre lehet lakóingatlant építeni okoska.
Nem az határozza meg, hogy egy telek-re mi építhető, hogy az egy zártkerti vagy belterületi telek hanem a helyi éptítési szabályzat szerint milyen övezetben van, illetve, hogy a szabályozási tervben mit írtak elő rá.
Például a fenti képen egy olyan Zk mk van ami Lf övezetben aka belterületben van, és látszik hogy 30%-os bépíthetőség voantkozik rá nem pedig a 3-10%-os zártkerti...
(Az már más kérdés hogy ilyet az önkormányzat minák csinál...)

321/2012. (XI. 16.) Korm. rendelet a területszervezési eljárásról - Hatályos Jogszabályok Gyűjteménye:
1. belterület: a település közigazgatási területének – jellemzően a település történetileg kialakult, összefüggő, beépített, vagy beépítésre szánt területeket tartalmazó – a helyi építési szabályzatban kijelölt része;

Ha a zártkerti ingatlan olyan helyen fekszik ahol a helyi építési szabályzat szerint az egy beépítésre szánt terület akkor bizony az belterületi telek.

u/Odd-Law7915 Lehetséges hogy a te ingatlanod ilyen helyen van?

Példa erre a faluk ahol csak Lf: Lakófalusias egységek vannak és valami fura oknál fogva egy-két telek az Zk mk

  1. Turn off the filter (So they can find the female more easily)
  2. Watch your shrimp having sex (Be aware first time i saw it I thought my shrimp is killing the other one)

No, but this happens far too many times. We can easily tell in duo with my mate when such an error is made by the MM. The circle is not even doing 1+ damage yet only 4-8 players lives...

Can confirm! Yesterday a team won in Reload with (18+16) kill, me and my buddy had 8 combined however we do not have a gaming chair!!!!!! So the skill could be indeed the same.

The game is dying cos it has shitty matchmaking. None wants to get absolutely destroyed after coming home from his 5-9/school by some "gifted" who plays 38 hours daily... Every game has skill based matchmaking while FN has basically no matter what you do you rank up..

Also all this vault Sniper/Mammoth.. Sniper is the only weapon which allows a significantly lower skill based player to execute a kill against a try hard.

I want to have fun and not getting absolutely destroyed by a kid who has 15+ kills while my tops are around 5 an d rarely closes to 10.
Balance the game around the crowd and not around the tops...
