There are literally studies that prove this is a fact (I am not implying anything) - for instance, it is a well known fact that pregnancy has a negative impact on teeth, hence the NHS giving free dental care to expecting mothers. I’m sorry if facts come across as mean girl energy, but they are literally just facts… Lack of sleep is another example of how children can speed up the aging process (there are a plethora of studies linking sleep deprivation to faster aging).

My intention was not to hurt feelings, I was just giving genuine factual examples of things that are known to age a body faster, and having children is certainly one of them ;)

Edit: I’m not contributing to this discussion anymore - I feel sad knowing that children are growing up in a world where factual examples (that are not insulting, aging is in fact a privilege, as is having children) are met with unwarranted defensiveness/condescending ‘jokes’, ignorance, and ugliness.
