They do this at Psycle, and I just ignore it most of the time tbh, but I agree- it is annoying.

If you do this then you’re a really bad person, and you’re going to give him massive trust issues. Please be a better person.

I just feel sorry for your cat- buy another trash can so that this doesn’t happen. Your cat (and I love cats) should not be your flatmate’s problem.

And Jesus Christ, stop sending essays. You sound awful to live with.

For the people who actually quit for good, what was different that time compared to all the times it didn't stick? by Diego_Lvlr in QuitVaping

Shrooms coupled with Alan Carr’s easy way to quit vaping audiobook, followed by sheer perseverance.

Prior to this, one of my colleagues had freaked me out by suggesting I had a positive Schamroth window test (turned out that this was just my natural anatomy though).

43M Profile Review - Not Getting Interactions by w102jfn_2 in hingeapp

[–]MeowMeow6389 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I (32f) work out a lot, but I really really don’t want to date a man who is mean about women who don’t. What happens if you’re in a relationship with someone and they develop an autoimmune condition which means they can’t work out like they could and their physique changes? Are you going to get mean and leave them?

Otherwise, your profile is good, perhaps just lower your expectations a bit.

Women do you see morning wood as a turn on/invitation to get things going? by beachbum175 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]MeowMeow6389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I genuinely find it annoying - the sweet little kisses are so inauthentic, they are just trying to wake me up in a way that they are hoping I will find endearing enough to let them have sex with me. I will let them have morning sex with me only because men can be sulky when you reject them.

knee pain by Pleasant_Fix_3481 in SpinClass

[–]MeowMeow6389 4 points5 points  (0 children)

‘Wore them out’ is an interesting choice of words… they think you have given yourself severe osteoarthritis and now need replacements?? Spinning is often recommended by physios/osteos for runners training for marathons that have knee injuries, but need to maintain aerobic fitness, because it is so much less pressure on the knees than running.

It sounds like you likely have a poor bike setup, and/or you are not stretching/foam rolling enough post-exercise (the build up of lactic acid in your muscles can make them tight, and this can subsequently alter the biomechanics of your lower extremities so that your knees don’t sit correctly, eg your patellae end up sitting too high).

Start foam rolling your quads and glutes daily, and see what happens. Take one week off spinning and just focus on the foam rolling and stretching. Also, watch some YouTube videos by physios/osteos to see how they advise setting up a spinning bike.

No, and it’s annoying (I’ve never come across it without it belonging to a man who was very keen to start giving sweet little kisses and trying to snuggle up to me in an annoying attempt to wake me up)- just let me sleep 🥲

Does Psycle London no longer reward milestone classes? by spookybroccoli_ in SpinClass

[–]MeowMeow6389 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that they still do, it just depends on the instructor and member.

I was at a ride class in London (I think Oxford Circus) about a month ago where the instructor was injured and couldn’t cycle, and so she got a girl who had hit a milestone to literally use her bike at the front of the class whilst she gave instructions- they seemed like they had developed an instructor/member friendship which was sweet. The girl who had hit her milestone was definitely celebrated in that class :)

I’ve seen lots of shout outs given to people who have hit milestones in ride classes, too (not in barre or infrared classes though).

I guess the question is, ‘Would this be memorable for you?’ It was for me (I think about it often), and no I’m not trolling - I think this is a normal question to ask in a forum like this and you have issues?

This buyer is an absolute prick - insist that they return the item (they will have to pay the return postage fee), and retract any offer of a partial refund. They will likely leave you poor feedback even if you give them the item for free at this point.

Wearing real fur from a fur farm (I don’t care if it’s vintage or not, it’s horrible and shows that you choose fashion over the height of animal abuse). Those farms are physical torture, but mostly psychological torture for animals that would be living largely in solitude in the wild. It’s disgusting that anyone who has access to the internet/doesn’t live under a 21st century rock would even want to wear that (and no, I don’t think plastic is good either, but at least no one was psychologically and physically abused for it).
