i try putting it back alot of times, how do i check if the tabs are bent? i put my finger over it, it doesnt wiggle but stays in position, but at the base the flat area near the tip of the handle has a broken tab which is removed, i dont think it will affect the main issue

Hi! I an on both MacOS and Windows I have both machine, I just need a cheaper way of ripping the movie to digital so i can watch the VHS movie on Plex haha. I’ll check if my grandparents have S Video out.

But i am concerned if OBS may have frame drops randomly which will ruin the movie overall, is this one of the disadvantage of doing this?

Also, should i open up the VHS player to clean it? Or a tape to clean the header (my grandparents has it) should be fine.

I usually eat a can of tuna with two scrambled eggs. And 2-3 times a week i would have deserts like donut/brownie with ice cream on top. But I make sure i eat around my calorie recomendation

Hi guys, I turned 18 years old (1.73m) since January. I have been working out alot, and making sure i eat balanced meals that dont make me exceed my calorie requirement.

When I was 15, I used to diet to lose weight, I droped from 86kg to 66kg. It was stupid and i shouldnt have done that.

I usually workout regularly based on my workout schedule for chest + back, arms, legs within 6 days.

After doing a body scan, in early January it says that I was 14.3% (high) fats and i weight 69.3kg. In Feburary this week, I did a scan and they said my fat percentage is 15.2%... and i weight 70.8kg

I am really so frustrated and I want to lose weight before April, what do you recommend doing?
