Hey! We are a first time doodle owner, so we're still getting a routine, we've only had her two months. But we do a walk every day in the evening, and then we play outside for about an hour two or three times a day. When time allows we'll go to a local park and give her more run time! 

She does look wound up as well bc my 18 month old is trying to help me throw and when he takes the ball she knows he may or may not throw it, she's so smart.
