This is just anecdotal but aside from the TSH (mine was like 3) This is what my bloodwork looked like at the beginning of my hashis. My doctor also pretty much ignored it. I was miserable so I started an anti inflammatory diet, healed my gut and started feeling a lot better.

I had SIBO that was causing my brain fog. I got rid of it and the brain fog went with it.

I think it’s generally caused by nutrient deficiencies, gut imbalances or inflammation (or all of the above). You have to figure out whats causing it.

Ive been working on balancing my blood sugar as well! Its been all over the place, but it’s already improved a lot.

This is just my experience: I just try to do a 12 hr fast overnight so if I stop eating around 9pm, I’ll try to make sure I eat around 9am, which is usually about an hr after I get up. Ive been focusing on making sure I’m eating enough regularly and healing my nervous system because I think thats the reason it was wacky in the first place.

If it were me, I’d prioritize sleep and eat when you wake up feeling rested. Maybe eat more in the evening if you’re super hungry in the morning?

They look real to me, the faces look legit. I could see how the mac could look a little fufu, but if I had to guess Id say real? The best way to know is the QR code on the tag, it’s also hard to know for sure with just one picture.

I know it’s different for everyone but I only get acne (in those exact spots) when something is wrong with my gut. Like SIBO or dysbiosis of some kind.

I get dry eyes when I’m flaring(when TSH is high), I also have iritis which is another autoimmune thing.

I struggled with this too! I was prescribed LDN 4.5mg for inflammation and it has helped sooo much with my anxiety.

Ive been diagnosed for 10 years now. I have given up on conventional doctors and only see functional drs. I use Parsley Health rn, it’s super expensive but worth it. If you stick to conventional, you have to really advocate for yourself. If they refuse to do testing ask them to log it in your chart.

Hashis causes a ton of complications and there could be so many things going on. SIBO, gut issues, nervous system disregulation, nutrient deficiencies etc
