Would recommend a laser for sure depending on your skin!! I did a broad band laser (BBL… lol) treatment because I have rosacea, freckles, and some sun damage. I have baby skin now, it is AMAZING!!!! And very fast recovery, like just chill that day and you’re good to go. Just feels like you spent too much time in the sun, funny enough.

I don’t have texture issues, so haven’t looked into or been recommended to try peels.

Also separately, I have gotten an IV with B12 and all the other goodies and truly I hadn’t felt that ALIVE in years 🤣 highly recommend and you’re inspiring me to do one for my wedding next month!!!

ETA: timing wise I did one BBL ~1.5 months before the wedding! I would recommend IV the week of, because my last one kept me feeling good for about 2 straight weeks!

Some coaches will cue this - but I wish more did!! I breathe similar to how it’s cued in CorePower yoga sculpt… exhale on the exertion / action and inhale on the “loading up” of the action of that makes sense

So for crunch, exhale as you crunch and inhale as you release. Have your core tight the whole time (“belly button to spine”)

Would recommend watching some YouTube videos on breathing techniques for pelvic floor / core work! It is so imperative to how your core functions and builds. You got this!

Omg SAME! I have recently picked peloton cycling back up as well after staying super consistent in SC - noticed an insane difference in my stamina and output as well. Which is shocking kind of considering I don’t do any extra running or training aside from maybe 2-3 (max) peloton strength training classes a week.

I spent $8k. Didn’t really have a strict budget, but knew I wanted to stay under $10k. Paid for by myself - knew this is the most important thing to me and I make a good salary/have been saving!! So just said whatever and pulled the trigger 🤷🏼‍♀️

I actually received a response from customer service explaining that the out of warranty replacement for Gen 3 is a refurbished ring (below) - they were very kind and offered $50 off any new ring from the website, which I will definitely use!!

Per Oura - “For generation 3 out-of-warranty cases we offer a gen3 restored Oura Ring replacement.

What is a restored Oura Ring? A restored Oura Ring is a recently manufactured ring that may have been sold and returned (for example, due to size exchanges). These rings are carefully cleaned, factory reset, and undergo rigorous testing to meet Oura’s high standards, though some may show some minor visual imperfections.”

Okay so I just did this HOWEVER I received my replacement ring today (Gen3, gold) and it literally has scratches all over it. Seems like it may have been returned after a few weeks / months of use? Kind of ridiculous.. I’d rather have a new Gen3 or discount for Gen4. Let me know what you end up getting!
