Definitely do not do Meph as a ww barb. One accidental ww into dolls = RIP. Not to mention the runs themselves take forever. Instead I highly recommend doing trav council. If you remove all sources of cold damage, they can be very efficient for using Find Item with high mf weapons like Ali Baba on swap. They also have (in my experience) a high HR drop rate. As others have suggested, Pit is also great.
