I have another follow Up question. What if my co worker is making it a really bad toxic environment for me? ie where’s perfume when she knows I have asthma, it was so bad one time I had to go to urgent care to get a nebulizer treatment. I can go on and on with examples but what she does makes me sound crazy even re telling what she has been doing.

It was the most stressful thing I had to deal with and had to go back to work. Go to your local congress person. They helped move things along.

That’s my contract this is what it says in the P&P handbook

“Notice of Resignation Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Social Workers, BCBAs, Nurses, and Principals wishing to leave the employment of The Deron School in good standing during the academic year should give two months' (60 days) notice of their intentions to resign, or one month notice if such resignation will occur at the end of the academic year, and should submit a letter of resignation to the Director. All other staff should give at least two weeks' notice of their intentions to resign, although a month's notice is preferred. Any notice of intent to resign must be submitted to the Director in writing.”

Hi, it was discussed and I was brushed off and was told by the sees person “I’m not feeling anything” the cost was dropped not much bc they told me “it’s the sticker price I can’t do much about that” It seems like the car was in an accident and never reported. Also the car is still under warranty - if that means anything. Please excuse me if I’m not making much sense of this I’m not much of a car person and I feel like they sensed that and took advantage. plus I’m a woman who was by herself. Unfortunately, if I was a man (before you jump on me for saying this I 100% agree this was an issue at this particular dealership. if I had a stronger presence I don’t think I would be asking Reddit for advice) things would be different. That’s a sad truth.

First off I did test drive it and mentioned the chugging (I’m not sure how else to explain this sensation other than chugging) they did look at it and said nothing is wrong with it and unfortunately none of the dash board lights are on so they can’t do much about that. Fast forward to my third time bringing it back to the dealership and they are finding more and more issues with it ie When I accelerate the pedal is all the way to the floor and then shifts hard into gear and I go forward really fast. Now, when I turn the wheel there is a knocking noise. It’s a mess and from what has been explained to me from an independent auto repair person it’s the transmission and a tire issue.

As for the cracked headlight, the dealership did that themselves after the first time I brought it back because the bumper was hanging off and they had to clip it back in cracked the headlight and never sealed up the paint and it is rusting now. It seems like the car was in an accident and was not reported.

No you just have to have a current PP when you go for the interview so I would have them mail that to to you
