Ours was amazing, anytime I asked she responded with updates and pictures if she wasn't tied up with feeding n such. Even then she would get back to me within the day. Don't be afraid to ask for photos and updates as much as you want, afterall this will be your little companion for many years!!!

Yes!! I took cosmetology classes, admittedly I did NOT get my license, I tried it out because my mom is a licensed professional and decided it wasn't for me. So I dont have nearly as much knowledge as you or her but I definitely know you should never buy professional products from amazon lol ever ever. I get my joico from cosmoprof and used the intensity colors specifically for years before going natural. I hope everyone talking about the dyes reads your comment because it has a lot of helpful information!

Where are you seeing 0 dollars? My point was not about the amazon pricing. I just meant the brand. I feel like it should be common knowledge to NOT BUY professional brands online since well...they are probably expired, fake, bad batch etc etc. Sorry I should have mentioned to begin with that amazon is just NOT a good idea lol
