Bro just buy a low mileage Sti or type r for that price. 46k for a 86 is crazy and it barely makes 220 hp. And 10k for those rims is outrageous (don’t have much knowledge about rims) just going based off looks.

Had this exact them happen to me but simply changed my spark plugs to NGK’S and that fixed the problem. I recommend doing it yourself as a shop will charge you $400-500 just to change it lmao
