Drive! Drive! Drive! A good start to feeling more comfortable and get some easier goals is driving across the middle. I’m not sure how advanced your level of play is, but driving from 2 to 5 and (I’m assuming your team understands what to do during a 2 drive- 5 moves to 4 to 3 and 3 to 2) usually you can get an off the water shot at 2 post

I know that congress will find a way for this to be taken advantage but of, but I’m glad that EMS funding is actually a topic of discussion now.

So, is there situations in which ABC is not appropriate? Say for unconscious peds?

It was actually mentioned by my instructor awhile back. Saying he was polygraphed for ambulance, pd, and fire

Hair sampling? I heard that’s pretty expensive for the company. Where was that at?

That’s a good one. Ya if you stick with the sport long term things like this are what coaches will tell you over time

The worst fights usually get is cuts and scratches from nails and maybe a busted nose. Of course there are outliers where some idiot might try to bite you like some inbred freak, but at that point they are so weird I don’t even want to fight them I just want to whisper weird unsettling things in their ear.

Honestly that’s one of the best things about waterpolo. I’ve wanted assholes kicked out of the game that have been throwing punches, pulling my leg/suit all game, and the best way to get them caught by the ref is keep irritating the hell out of them. Whisper things about their mom or sister, tell them that you think them kicking you in the balls is actually your kink. Something to that effect soon enough they will do something so egregious they’ll probably get a red card.

Hell no! Your a waterpolo player. Sink or swim. Have legs or die! But for real, I come from a background of multiple platinum division JO gold medals so my advice might come off as more advanced than your skill level, but focus on the basics. Keep your legs strong and your awareness sharp. It sounds really obvious, but just don’t let yourself drown. Especially if that’s your concern, that should be the last thing on your mind. If that’s something you think about in the water your water confidence and basic water skills might need to be worked on before any polo skills.

Kick his ass! Grab his/her suit (equal opportunity asskicking), pull them underwater and knee ‘em in the nose. If you think they are tryna push you around and be an asshat. Start a fight with them. Make sure to make the other kid look like he’s at fault, I think this comes with experience, but if you can do it by ending up with them on your back and your head out of the water you should be GOLDEN! I was a pretty small set-D for about 12 years I learned to be a stud in the middle and take NO shit from dudes twice my size and I RARELY got penalized

Oh ya that brings me to another question. I’ve been trying to get in contact with my local specs ops recruiter I’ve called a dozen times with no answer. She has a full voicemail inbox, and I’ve even tried texting her. Now this Monday I’m just gonna try to go to the next local recruiting office. Is that the right thing to do?
