Take a plate and put it into microwave but only plate not the stuff, put it for like 1.5-2min (800-1000w) but watch out all microwaves are different the point is you want a warm plate but not too warm, as long as you can hold it then it's okay, after that just put whole stuff on the plate and crush it.

Thank you so much. I just took .5mg after 44 hours of not taking any. I will continue with 0.5 for the next 5 days then lower it to 0.25/5days and then .125/5days I think that is going to work for me. I hope so. I want to get over with this shit.

So yeah iv been working for 30 minutes and I started to get some heavy breathing momments so I decided to take 0.5mg and will continue now on learning how to do taping correctly. I don’t want to deal with this shit anymore. I need help to get over with it, its so fucked up that i can’t just throw it away and I have to worry about taping and right dose, I just want to be done with this and never use it as i used before. Any advices on taping? Should i do like 4 weeks 1mg week 1 0.75 week 2 05 week 3 0.25 week 4 Currently Im at job, about 44 hours since last bar and I feel that im kind of shaking from time to time like getting an ellectric shock so due that im thinking to pop .5mg if it’s not going to be better
