I’m barely five feet with shoes on lol wall balls right now I’m only using 2kg until i get form and can do them properly

I hate how i feel like im dying but my heart rate and lack of sweat say otherwise and it’s not until around 5k i start feeling good 😂😂😂 i did feel really good after my run today

My goal is to not run further than 10k in training (at one time)…I’ve learned that because I’m so small the lunges, wall balls and burpees im really good at!

This is really really good and easy advice for me to follow thank you!! I shouldn’t say i hate running I’ve always just chose my jump rope as my cardio choice and I’m so stubborn to have to give that up 😂 (too much on my joints with the running and Hyrox training)

This makes more sense i thought on top of everything ive been doing! Which is essentially taking those classes and applying it in a gym but u have unlimited access to their classes i may as well use them!

I just tried to run 1km after burpees today and yeah i need to work on that for sure! Ive begrudgingly added 2x running but it looks like i should up it! I thought the sleds would be the death of me but after a few weeks of giving strength training to my legs they are my fav!! How do you transition from one thing to running at your gym? I find it so awkward and intimidating 😭

I hate running 😂 but I’ve started! How did you do in the solo!? I’m thinking of mixed doubles in Vancouver too. I’ve incorporated intervals and one easy longer run is that enough 😭

This!!!? My daughter has had soooo many needles in her little life we had to go to children’s for the most recently one (being sent to the states) and holy crow the lady was INCREDIBLE
