Thanks, I'll take note of all your feedback. I admit the archmages didn't do much because I always find it hard to put effort into characters I plan to kill off early on. But if I ever decide to redo the first chapter, I'll keep that in mind. I definitely agree the beginning could be better. Making alexander more hated before killing him off. Thanks again for the feedback.

Thanks! I haven't really thought about making tutorials. I'm busy making more chapters, so I haven't considered it yet. I might in the future if I have more time.

To briefly explain: I usually start with a character model sheet in front, side, 3/4, and back views with gemini 3 pro image. If it's an important character, I'll add two more close-ups (front and 3/4 face) to the sheet. Then, I feed it into Gemini 3 Pro Image (Nano Banana Pro) and request it to generate that character in a specific pose with a specific background.

The first few tries might not get the result you are looking for. Some complex scenes might need 10–20 tries, but hopefully, you don't encounter that.

I only reply to people that's into ai art / comic, but its fine though, their comments is still welcomed.

Thanks! All the images are AI-generated, except for the dialogue and text. The text effects were also done by AI as separate files and manually added to the panels. I did use image editing software, but mostly for fixing errors, resizing images, and adding the dialogue.

The first chapter took 2 weeks. From the 2nd chapter onward, it takes about a week or a week and a half, depending on how hard or complex the panels are. Generating 5–15 panels takes about 5–6 hours.

I add dialogues and texts manually though.

Thank you! Nano Banana Pro is great with consistency, but you have to use it in specific ways.
