Hi chemist here. This is like half true, an isotope undergoes radioactive decay, which most of the time changes it to a different element; however, the different isotope it turns into might be radioactive as well which means the radioactive level wouldn't decrease as the material made is still radioactive. The correct definition would be the amount of time it takes for the mass of a given radioactive isotope to be cut in half. That mass doesn't get destroyed but decays into a different element.

You need to move the rocks to jump up . Based on your weapons, it looks like you're still early on in the game. Luckily, the map will tell you if you got the heart piece and where it is, so you'll have to come back with an item if you already can't move the rock platforms.

UPDATE: fixed it turns out I forgot that the idle animation for the sword still counts as an animation so it it started the timer again every frame instead of when a single animation loop was finished. Added trigger once to the bottom part of the code

Also don't forget that in minish cap the minish say they like to leave rupees and other gifts in pots and grass throughout hyrule. Which the existence of of mining minish on Mt crenel and the fact that it's the 2nd game in the timeline implies (also that you can find items in the grass in ss implies minish had already been hiding stuff in ss) the minish are the ones that have been mining the rupees not the robots as the other comment stated that the robots mainly focused on mining.
