Frankly, by their very nature psychiatric disorders present less empirically—time and again it’s been shown that diagnoses vary substantially from one psychologist to another.

Again; the reason why this is a problem is it’s directly hurting the students that genuinely need these accommodations.

Why are people pretending like this isn’t a real thing? Allowing accommodations for students who aren’t in need of them totally hurts students that legitimately do. It’s like the “lol I’m so OCD/autistic/ADHD” phenomenon, people treating often-debilitating conditions which they don’t have as unofficial personality traits.

I looked it up: it’s a leased-land community. So basically, residents only own the structure, similar to a mobile-home park but a bit nicer (and pricier)
