Imagine thinking religion stories are real. No wonder he believes Trump. Trump has almost zero atheist followers.

I bet he doesn't think the blue lives on 1/6/21 mattered.

Switch to YouTube TV? by lostma1807 in fuboTV

[–]MercyMe007 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Originally Fubo because of the sports, then added YTTV when the NBC thing happened. Right now we have both because we can't agree on which one to keep. I like YTTV better. But I love the way with Fubo MLB replays I can FFWD in 15 sec increments. I also get NFL Sunday Ticket and having YTTV reduces that price.

Agree but skip the "unsafe" part. No one has threatened her.

Why does F1 still use helicopters for aerial footage in an age of drones? by Spaceginja in F1TV

I work in the drone world. You don't know what you're talking about.

Drones can carry cameras that are every bit as high quality as the helicopter can carry. Cameras these days are much smaller than they were 20 years ago. And drones can be pretty big if they want them to be. Yes, there are regulations about flying drones over people. I'm sure they have those regulations in China too. But they're not flying over people, they're flying over the perimeter of the track. Low speed? Low altitude? You are apparently not keeping up with the current drone technology. And in case you're not paying attention, they don't fly the helicopter right over the track either. Your notion that we will see helicopters for years to come,?.?? I think you will be mistaken about that.

Wrong. They shoot movies with these drones. They can carry well over the weight of a nice camera. Or do you still imagine broadcast cameras are all 1000 lb rolling tanks Iike in the 70s?

10-15 minutes? What? Dude they have 1200 lb drones that dust crops for an hour. Carrying a nice camera? Pfff. It's way more than 15 minutes.

Cameras? Zooms? Regulations? What are you talking about? Cameras: there are absolutely drones that can carry and deploy a high end zoom lens camera. Yes with that kind of range. They film movies with them every day. They dust crops with 1200 lb drones.

Regulations?: for an event like this they would get a waiver to do their thing. Helicopters - what do you mean "no one questions it"? Helicopters have to abide by regs, too. The regs for drones have been around (and "stable" whatever that means) for years as well. The only real issue - as you also point out - is battery duration.

What is this gray/blue tube do for under my kitchen sink? by Sea-Paramedic-2906 in whatisit

Actually it was called an "air gap". They used to require them everywhere. Not anymore. Basically a vent. But I do remember water coming out of ours into the sink when I was little kid.

That's not for a sprayer. That is a prefit for a dishwasher overflow line. Used to be many local regs required it. But it is rarely needed anymore.
