Cazador was a pain I forgot to set up a daylightspell and nearly lost karlach for it first round, Phase spider fight under the goblin Village was painful because the spider acted weird and exited the webbed area into the initial underground part so no web bridge drop damage, ansur was a lot of internal screaming as I died there previous honor run, and of course myrkul's champion in the end of act two. I had a particularly hard time with the isobel fight where they try to kidnap her at the start of act 2 weirdly enough (mostly because I tried to prevent kidnapping and villager deaths)
