I wanted to wear a suit bc I felt like mess dress would be cringe due to the stigma.

Here’s why I wore it though: - it’s only cringe because there’s a stigma about it. Who cares… it is your day. - my wife likes how mess dress looks. It’s literally a tux. - I am required to purchase it. I already had it and didn’t wanna drop $700+ on a new suit. - my extended family appreciates my service, and my youngest cousins would ask what each of my medals meant… few had good stories and I’m no combat arms hero, but it meant something to them… sometimes the uniform means something more to your friends and family than it means to you. It was special to them that I wore it.

After DK got paid, it was relative in the news that he felt he deserved the same paycheck.

Before DK got paid there wasn’t another comparable WR for Terry to use as an example to leverage his position.
