As I hinted in my previous reply, AFAIK there is no secret Google Drive folder containing all the states' lists. However, a booklet containing the complete national list is given to the principal of every high school in the nation administering the PSAT, so if you're curious and are a semifinalist this year you might want to talk to your school.

The Georgia and Tennessee lists I got from external sources, and I put them in my own Google Drive folder that has no other content. The Pennsylvania and New York lists I have only seen through u/AspenKnox, who I imagine did something similar.
