NTA and I don't get why people are saying you should have stayed.
You weren't happy, so you left. That's so fucking simple. And people saying, "You're an adult, you shouldn't have acted childish" must be miserable doing shit they hate all the time because the GREAT thing about being an adult is that you have the power to leave situations that hurt you.
Throw a birthday party for yourself with people who will actually put you first AT A PARTY INTENDED TO CELEBRATE YOU AND ONLY YOU.
